This Privacy Policy explains how Figurement ApS (“we” “us” “our”) collects uses and shares personal data when you use our website and services.

Who We Are

Figurement ApS is a company registered in Denmark under CVR DK44894777. We are the data controller for your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation.

What Data We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal data

• Identity data
  Name username company name if applicable

• Contact data
  Email address phone number billing contact details

• Technical data
  Internet protocol address browser type device type operating system and basic diagnostics such as error codes and performance metrics

• Usage data
  Pages viewed feature usage clicks session duration and similar events

• Billing and transaction data
  Billing address tax country plan and transaction records
  We do not store payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe

• Support data
  Messages files screenshots and other information you share with our team

• Consent records
  A record that you accepted our Terms
  For audit and fraud prevention we may also log limited technical information such as your internet protocol address at the time of acceptance

• AI assistant connection data
  When you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to Figurement we record which app you connected, the permissions you allowed, when you connected it and when it was last used. We also record which tool the assistant used, on which scene and when (see AI Assistants and Connectors)

How We Collect Data

• Direct interactions such as forms and emails

• Third parties such as Stripe email delivery and hosting providers

Why We Use Your Data

We process personal data to

• Deliver and maintain the service and core features

  Service improvement security abuse prevention product analytics including for logged-in users and consent audit trails including limited technical data at the time of Terms acceptance

  Marketing communications and any optional cookies that are not strictly necessary

Marketing Communications

We send marketing only if you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by updating your settings in the product. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

AI Assistants and Connectors

You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude from Anthropic or ChatGPT from OpenAI to your Figurement account. You sign in to Figurement and choose which permissions to allow. The assistant then works on your scenes at your request

• What the assistant receives
  Data from your account that its requests ask for, such as scene and part names, materials, render images and short-lived download links. The assistant and its provider handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies, not ours

• What we receive
  Only what the assistant sends in a tool request, such as a scene identifier, a search phrase or a question about a render. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant

• What we record
  For each request we log the tool used, the app, your account, the time taken and whether it succeeded, but not what the request contained. We also keep a record of each change an assistant made to a scene, with the tool, the app and the time, so that changes are attributed to you and the app. We use this to operate and secure the service and to show you what was changed

• Render review
  If the assistant asks to review a render, we send the render image and the assistant’s question to Google (Gemini), which describes the image in text. It does not create or edit images. The renders themselves are produced by Figurement from your scene and are not generated by AI

• Your controls
  You can see and disconnect connected apps under Account and Connected apps in Figurement. Disconnecting ends the app’s access at once. You can also remove the connector in the assistant

Sharing Your Data

We share personal data with

• Payment processing
  Stripe for subscriptions and transactions

• AI processing
  Google (Gemini) to power the AI assistant, AI image editing and render review features

• Scheduling
  Google Calendar to let you book a demo

• Consent management
  Cookiebot for cookie consent records

• Advertising platforms (only with your marketing consent)
  LinkedIn, Meta, and Google for campaign measurement

• Cloud infrastructure and email delivery
  Hosting content delivery logging monitoring and transactional email

• Error monitoring
  Sentry to help us detect and fix bugs

• Professional advisers
  Accountants and legal counsel where needed

• Public authorities
  When required by law or valid legal process

All vendors act as processors under written data protection terms.

If you configure webhooks or other third-party integrations, data will also flow to the destinations you set up. You control and are responsible for those endpoints.

International Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA for example to the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses adequacy decisions or other approved mechanisms.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to understand product usage. Consent is managed through Cookiebot which presents a banner on first visit.

Strictly necessary

• Cookiebot consent state
  Remembers your cookie preferences so we do not ask again on every page load

Analytics (no consent required)

• OpenPanel (self-hosted)
  First-party product analytics that runs entirely on our own servers and is never shared with OpenPanel or any other third party. Does not use cookies. For logged-in users this may include your internet protocol address, name, and email, and may include a recording of your session activity on the page, so we can operate, secure, and improve the product.

Marketing (consent required)

These scripts load only after you grant marketing consent through the cookie banner

• LinkedIn Insight Tag
  Measures ad campaign performance and enables retargeting on LinkedIn

• Meta Pixel
  Measures ad campaign performance and enables retargeting on Facebook and Instagram

• Google Ads conversion tracking
  Measures whether ad clicks lead to sign-ups. Uses Google consent mode with all signals denied by default until you opt in

Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction loss alteration or unauthorized access. Access to production data is limited and logged.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy

• Account data and content
  For the life of the account and for a short period after deletion to allow recovery if requested

• AI assistant connections
  The record of connected apps and of changes made by assistants for the life of the account. Sign-in tokens expire after one hour and refresh tokens after thirty days, or when you disconnect the app

• Billing and transaction records
  For the period required by tax and accounting law

• Consent records for Terms acceptance and marketing
  For the life of the account and for up to five years after account closure unless a longer period is required by law

• Logs and diagnostics
  Typically ninety days unless needed to investigate abuse or security incidents

Your Rights
